VATS Right Upper Lobectomy. This video demonstrates the key steps of a VATS right upper lobectomy. Placing the incisional ports, including a wound protector, dividing the inferior pulmonary ligament, removing station 9 lymph nodes, dissecting and stapling the right superior pulmonary vein, dissecting and stapling the truncus anterior segmental pulmonary artery, dissecting and stapling the posterior ascending segmental artery, dissecting the right upper lobe bronchus and bronchus intermedius, and stapling the right upper lobe bronchus, completing the fissures, and removing the specimen.
